All purchases are considered final sale. We do not offer refunds or returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will gladly offer a replacement or a refund, depending on availability.

Important Notes

  • Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible

  • Damage caused after delivery is not covered

  • We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet the above conditions
